The Three Landmarks in Iguassu Falls

DESCRIPTION OF THE TOUR:

Foz do Iguazu is one of the fewest places on earth where you can admire the sunset among three different countries at the same time.

The Three Landmarks are obelisks made of stone and differ due to the fact that each one carries its own national colours. The scenery is impressive. The waters of the two main rivers, Paraná and Iguassu, meet shaping the borderline the separate the three nations, Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina, an exciting view which will delight the eyes of the visitors. The Argentinean Landmark is located on the left bank of the Iguassu River while the Paraguayan Landmark is on the right bank of the River Parana. The three Landmarks form an equilateral triangle which limits the territory and sovereignty of the three countries.

The Three Landmarks are open to visitors all year round. At the Brazilian Landmark site visitors will find a handicraft shop, a playground, a snack bar, a parking lot and, obviously, the observation lookout.

Opening Times: Open every day from 0900 to 1800(in Winter) and from 0900 to 1900(in Summer)
