The ecotourism activities have been attracting attention of tourists that visit Foz do Iguassu, mainly because they mix the wonderful Iguassu Falls´ landscape with adventure, adrenalin and lot of security.
The Canopy Tour is organized by Canyon Iguassu and is divided in four stages.
The first stage is the Low Elements: it is formed by ten challenges in eucalyptus trunk with steel cables and ropes, in a height of 50 meters. It lasts less than an hour.
The second stage is the High Elements: sequence of 12 obstacles in a track among the forest, using only a rope as a security element. This tour also lasts less than an hour.
The third stage is the Cat Jump: the practitioner goes up in a 10 meters eucalyptus trunk and has to take a trapezium in 12 meters height from the ground. It lasts ten minutes.
The last stage is the Indoors Climbing: sequence of walls to practice climbing with different levels. It lasts twenty minutes.
- In all the stages, the practitioner will use security equipments;
- The practitioner must have more than 1m40 and more than seven years old. The activities can be practiced by the elderly;
